Our Platform helps individuals (each, a "User") and, where applicable, their legal representatives, to understand and navigate legal disputes by leveraging legal research, data analysis, and expert input to create and deliver advice and insights relevant to their specific case.

We process personal information for User Account Set-Up.
When a User registers on the Platform, they provide us with their name, email address, and optional profile image. We refer to this data as "User Account Information".

The User provides us with details, facts, documents, and evidence concerning their legal dispute, case, or situation, including any communications with us and any legal experts or consultants facilitated through the Platform. We process personal information relating to advice consultations and communication on the Platform.
When a User schedules a consultation or exchanges messages with a legal expert, consultant, or Platform support through the Platform, we process the scheduling information for the consultation, the emails/messages exchanged, and the duration and participants of the consultation. We refer to this information as "Consultation Information".
We process personal information when Users of the Platform contact us with technical or service support inquiries.
When a User of the Platform contacts us with a technical or service support inquiry regarding the Platform, we process their name, email address, and the content of the technical support or service inquiry. We refer to this type of data as "Inquiry Information".
We process information when Users respond to our surveys about the Platform.
When Users respond to our surveys about the Platform, we collect and process the survey responses which provide details about the person's use, satisfaction with and comments regarding the Platform. We refer to this type of data as "Platform Survey Information".
We also collect analytics information about how a User uses our Platform.

- We use algorithms and large language models (LLMs) to analyze the Dispute/Case Information, identify relevant legal precedents, and generate automated advice or summaries.
- We process Dispute/Case Information to match the User with appropriate legal experts or consultants for consultation.
- We process Consultation Information to arrange and log communications between the User and legal experts/consultants, and to provide the User with a record of the consultation.
- We process Inquiry Information to respond to and address technical or service support inquiries regarding the Platform.
- We process your Analytics Information and Platform Survey Information to provide, maintain and improve user experience when using our Platform, for quality assurance, and for development and enhancement of the advice-generating algorithms and the Platform.
- We will use all the above information to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of use for the Platform and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
SHARING YOUR DATA
We will not share your information with others, except in the events listed below or when you provide us with your explicit and informed consent.
We will process information with our service providers helping us to operate our business and the Platform.

If you opt for a consultation or service requiring expert input, we share relevant Dispute/Case Information and Consultation Information with the designated legal expert or consultant to enable them to provide the requested advice.
We will share information with competent authorities, if you abuse your right to use the Platform, or violate any applicable law.
If you have abused your rights to use the Platform, or violated any applicable law, we will share information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling of the violation or breach.
We will share your Information if we are legally required.
We will share information if we are required to do so by a judicial, governmental, or regulatory authority.
We will share your Information with third parties in any event of change in our structure.

Legal basis for processing personal data.
- The legal basis for processing User Account Information, Dispute/Case Information, and Consultation Information is the Contractual Necessity for the performance of the Terms of Service agreement with the User, and providing the legal advice and consultation services agreed-to with the User.
- The legal basis for processing Inquiry Information, Analytics Information, and Platform Survey Information is our Legitimate Business Interest in addressing questions, improving the Platform's performance and user experience, developing the advice-generating algorithms, and ensuring quality assurance.
